Democracy Forward and Civil Service Strong are calling all federal workers who have been impacted by DOGE and the Trump administration to share their stories.
Federal workers who have been terminated, forced to resign, or otherwise affected can fill out a form with the details of their firings and workplace issues to help Democracy Forward gather important data. Specifically if employees have been impacted by Reductions in Force (RIF) or Schedule Policy / Career (formerly Sch. F).
The National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE) encourages members and bargaining unit employees to share their stories and contribute to this survey to help make their voices heard.
“Democracy Forward is fighting to defend the non-partisan civil service, which has been a hallmark of our democracy for over 140 years. We are collecting information about the scope and magnitude of impact of this Administration’s employment actions taken against federal workers. This data will be used to aid and inform our response to these actions, including our pursuing potential legal remedies. None of your personal information will be disclosed without your permission,” the webpage says.
