Help FEEA Help Federal Employees Impacted by Extreme Weather

It’s been a rough week for feds across the country, with news stories vilifying agencies and individuals.  It’s an unfortunate truth that most Americans hear about federal employees only when things go wrong instead of when so many things go right each and every day.  This public perception makes your job harder as a fed and it makes FEEA’s job harder too — most people outside government don’t understand the importance of our mission to help federal families.  Which is why we come to you during the month of May to ask for your help in raising the money we need to help feds through disastrous summer weather and personal emergencies like furloughs or family illness.

In the past two weeks, generous donors have given more than $8,600, which translates to over $30,000 for FEEA thanks to matching pledges from BlueCross/BlueShield, GEICO and Long Term Care Partners.  In order to meet our matching goal, FEEA needs a total of $25,000 in individual contributions by the end of this month.  Will you help us raise the remaining $16,400?

If you have not yet made a donation, you can still triple its impact this week thanks to our sponsors BCBS and GEICO.  Please make a donation today to help us continue to keep the promise to help every fed, every time.  Your donation of $20 or more will be worth three times as much to FEEA during the remainder of our special May Fundraiser only.  Please give now.

If you have already made a donation, please use the “Tell A Friend” button at the top of this email to share FEEA’s work with friends and colleagues who might want to be part of our “Feds Helping Feds” mission.  And thank you!
