Tens of thousands of hardworking people who run the programs and services that working families all rely on have been mistreated or abruptly fired by the Trump Administration. People ARE rising up — but the workers who are being targeted need help.
That’s why NFFE is proud to announce Rise Up: Federal Workers Legal Defense Fund.
Rise Up: Federal Workers Legal Defense Network is a new effort organized by NFFE and groups like the AFL-CIO, We The Action, and Democracy Forward to bring together thousands of lawyers to help federal workers understand their rights so they can get the justice they deserve.
NFFE and allied organizations are already in court, but the Trump Administration is counting on recently fired working people lacking the money to afford the lawyers they need.

The Federal Workers Legal Defense Network also includes dozens of valuable print resources on issues like employee rights, whistleblower protections, RIFs, Deferred Resignation, unemployment, and more
Federal workers power critical services like caring for our veterans, running our national parks, maintaining our military readiness, processing passports, and keeping us safe from wildfires and disasters.
As taxpayers and Americans, we must demand justice for these workers. Thank you for helping us rise up.
