Tuesday, April 29
The 2025 NFFE-IAM Legislative Conference begins Tuesday April 29th. The conference is hosted at the Hyatt Regency Washington, 400 New Jersey Ave, N.W., Washington, D.C., 20001. Registration opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 12:30 PM. The conference starts at 1:30 PM with International President Brian Bryant providing the keynote address to members. After the keynote address, the conference will pause for Hill appointments.
The NFFE Legislative Reception is from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Bobby Van’s, located at 1201 New York Ave. N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005 in the lower level atrium. All members, spouses, staff and VIPs are invited. Food and drinks provided.
Wednesday, April 30
The conference breakfast is from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. The General Session begins at 9:00 AM with elected officials addressing union members. Upon final remarks before Noon, NFFE members will meet in a corner of the room to pick up lobbying sheets (policy papers) and hear a quick summary of each. The rest of the afternoon is reserved for Hill visits.
The IAM Legislative Conference Reception is from 5:30 to 7:30 PM in the same room. Food and drinks provided, and Members of Congress attend.
Thursday, May 1
The conference breakfast is from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. The General Session begins at 9:00 AM with elected officials addressing union members. Closing remarks are planned before Noon. The rest of the afternoon is reserved for Hill visits.
The annual BBQ is at Randy’s House, from 5 PM to 8 PM in Arlington, VA.
Friday, May 2
NFFE-IAM members depart. No events are scheduled.
