Dear NFFE Sisters and Brothers,
I wish you and safe and joyful holiday weekend with family and friends. While we enjoy this day off each May, it is important to remember the military service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice while protecting our country. Please take some time this weekend to honor the heroes who have given their lives in service to the United States of America. Because of their sacrifice protecting us from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, we have the opportunity to enjoy peace and safety at home. Our union extends our deepest sympathies to the families and loved ones of military members who have passed in the line of duty. All of us in the NFFE family continue to honor these selfless heroes by working every day to uphold democracy and promote a united nation that champions liberty and justice for all.
