As you know, President Trump and Elon Musk have been relentlessly attacking the civil service in a misguided attempt to downsize the federal workforce.
The Trump Administration and DOGE have issued several executive orders that are detrimental to the civil service and illegally terminated workers with zero transparency.
To better understand how these actions have affected NFFE members and bargaining unit employees, we are issuing a survey.
The data gathered by this survey will only be used by NFFE-IAM for union purposes and will only be shared with your explicit approval for legal proceedings, grievances, and/or the media.
