NFFE-IAM advocates for Federal Wage System employees earning fair pay alongside their General Schedule counterparts. We support the Locality Pay Equity Act (H.R. 6422 / S. 3308), introduced by Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) and Rep. Matt Cartwright (D-PA-8), would put an end to the persistent wage disparities at Tobyhanna Army Depot and Letterkenny Army Depot by requiring the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to pay FWS employees working at the same locations at the same rate as GS employees.
