In the wake of devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, NFFE would like to remind members that they have access to disaster relief resources, and how to apply for those resources.

NFFE is continuing to push for legislation to outlaw Schedule F this week, which is currently pending on Capitol Hill.

The former Local 1650 started in the new role on Monday.

Local 1214 has roughly tripled in size this year, leaping from about 30 members to more than 100, and counting.

Over 60 Senators have already signed on to support the legislation, signaling a bipartisan filibuster-proof majority should the bill be scheduled for a vote on the Senate floor.

NFFE will continue to protect and prioritize federal workers and safeguard democracy.
