Mr. Shapiro is a nationwide practitioner of federal workers’ compensation law with more than 50 years of experience representing federal employees. Mr. Shapiro and his sons, Geoffrey and Daniel created the law firm Shapiro, Shapiro and Shapiro which was originally founded many decades ago by Mr. Shapiro’s father, also a federal workers’ compensation attorney.

- No retainer for legal fees
- No legal fees collected until a recovery is made
- A cap of 20% of the award/compensation recovered
