Gillesania’s appointment to National Organizing Director comes on the heels of NFFE’s recent organizing success throughout the country. Over the past two years, NFFE has experienced a net growth of 25%, making the union one of the fastest – if not the fastest – growing unions in America.

NFFE is proud to announce that Chris Green, President of NFFE Local 2189 at Red River Army Depot, will serve as the new BR/Organizer for the Southern Region.

Last week, NFFE sent a letter to OPM Director Ahuja, urging the agency to raise the maximum annual uniform allowance provided to federal employees mandated to wear agency-directed uniforms.

The budget proposal includes a paltry two percent cost of living increase to annual federal pay levels for Fiscal Year 2025, notably lower than inflation rates over the past three years.
