Today, the U.S. House Veterans Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations held a hearing to discuss H.R. 4278, the Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act. NFFE submitted a statement for the record opposing this legislation, which would restore the previously failed VA Accountability Act of 2017.

In a letter sent this week to the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, a group of bipartisan Senators echoed NFFE’s request for Congress to act now to address this imminent crisis.
